OPINION BY JUDGE NEWMAN DME Company (Employer) appeals from an Order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the referee's denial
of its Petition for Termination and/or Modification of Disability Benefits. We affirm. On August 20, 1984, Michael L. Peters
(Claimant), while working for Employer, severely injured his back when he attempted to move a barrel. Consequently, a Notice
of Compensation Payable was issued on September 17, 1984 and total disability benefits were paid to Claimant. A Final Receipt
of Compensation was filed on November 19, 1984, stating that Claimant's disability had ended as of November 7, 1984. However,
within a year Claimant's disability recurred, and a supplemental agreement was entered into on October 7, 1985.
